This may be your families first time working with a professional photographer. If so, let me reassure you that I am here to work for and with you to make your session as happy and memorable as possible. This is your day to relax and enjoy the family; I’ll do the rest!

The art of photography is much more than simply producing pictures on paper. It’s about capturing the spirit and love of your family for you to reflect on in the years to come. In our busy lives, it is so important to take some time every now and then to capture the unique milestones in life.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is getting to know you and your family. By doing so, I can create portraits that reflect your families unique character. It is an honor and a joy to meet so many families and I look forward to working with yours in the future.

The day of 

On the day of your session, we’ll meet at the agreed time and location and get the fun started! We can take as much time as needed to get your little ones used to the camera, to feel relaxed, safe and comfortable. I make some pretty silly noises and faces behind the camera, so be ready to laugh! Bring some yummy snacks and water for your child and for yourself incase we need to take a break.

I encourage you and your children to interact, play and have fun during the session. This allows me to capture the natural bond that shines between you.  Children are unpredictable, that’s what makes them so lovable! We can always take a little snack or cuddle break. Those tiny cuddle moments are sometimes worth capturing too. Not every photo needs to include smiles.

After your session

Approximately two weeks after your session, you will be able to view your images in an online gallery. The best part is those digital images are all yours! You’ll be able to download any and all the photos straight from the gallery and use them anyway you want. I also offer a variety of professionally printed products at a very discounted price.

When you are ready to choose the images to print let me know. Together, we can decide what you’d love to see on your walls at home, framed on your desk, or in an heirloom album. I’ll help you figure out the sizes and styles that fit your needs.
